Tustin Concrete started in 2023 with one straightforward goal: give Orange County homeowners a concrete contractor they could actually trust. Too many people had been burned by low bids that turned into expensive problems, shoddy base prep that caused driveways to crack within a few years, or contractors who disappeared after the deposit cleared.
We are based right here in Tustin, which means we know this city well. A lot of homes near Old Town were built in the 1950s and 1960s, and the concrete flatwork on those properties is showing its age. Parts of the city sit on clay-heavy soils that expand and contract with the seasons - and skipping proper base preparation here leads to cracks no matter how good the pour looks on day one.
Since 2023, we have worked on driveways, patios, foundations, retaining walls, and more across Tustin and the surrounding cities in Orange County. Every job gets a permit where one is required, every crew member takes the base prep seriously, and every customer gets a written estimate before anyone picks up a tool. We work on both the newer builds in Tustin Legacy and the older ranch houses closer to Old Town - and the jobs are different, so it helps to have a contractor who knows the difference.
Every project we take on goes through the proper permit process with the City of Tustin or the relevant local authority. You should never have to worry about unpermitted work causing problems when you sell your home.
A concrete slab is only as good as what is underneath it. We invest the time in proper excavation, grading, and compaction before any concrete touches your property.
We give you a realistic schedule upfront and keep you informed if anything changes. You will know when the crew is arriving, how long the job will take, and when you can use the finished surface.
Our team lives and works here. We know Tustin's permit process, the clay-heavy soil conditions common across Orange County neighborhoods, and the HOA requirements in planned communities throughout the area.
